My NES30 Pro controller will no longer connect to USB; there's no data connection when I plug it into my PC, and it doesn't charge. I've tried multiple USB cables and multiple computers. The MicroUSB port seems to be loose; the USB cable does not fit tightly when I plug it in, it moves around.|
I bought it on Amazon back in November (I think). Is there any warranty available? I would like to be able to get warranty repair if possible. However, if there's no warranty service available, I'd be interested in opening it up and trying to fix it myself; can anyone refer me to a repair guide?
